5. Drink water
Your body is about 60% water. Drinking plenty of water helps carry oxygen throughout your body, keeps everything moving properly, and reduces bloating. Water is also great for detoxing your system and flushing toxins out of your body. When you feel thirsty, you probably aren’t drinking enough.
6. Get some sun
Sunlight gives the skin its natural glow and is great for hair growth. Also, sunlight makes vitamin D naturally. Vitamin D promotes the production of testosterone in men and estrogen in women. And it also provides protection against cancer. So take advantage of those rays!
7. Use supplements
Supplements are great for giving you an extra boost of nutrition, vitamins, and minerals. But they should always be taken under careful supervision. Many people use supplements without consulting their doctor first, which could be dangerous. Talk to your doctor before taking anything unless otherwise directed.
8. Sex every day
Having sex is extremely important for testosterone production, so it’s good to have sex at least once a day.
