Dale Savage and Adam Awbride recreate the story of a stepfather and his stepson in “Mad World”. The plot is on the border between erotica and psych thriller, exploring human relationships in a world dominated by pandemics, wars, and dangers that can drive even the most level-headed person crazy.
Adam Awbride plays Finley McClean, stepson of Ronnie Shepherd, played by Dale Savage. Until recently, they had been a perfectly normal family, but after Finley’s mother died, Ronnie became too fixated on protecting his stepson from the dangers lurking outside. Ronnie’s psychosis soon worsens, and he begins keeping Finley locked up at home.
Will Finley be able to break free, will his stepfather return to normal, and how will the relationship between them develop… we will find out in Mad World from Disruptive Films.
