Serg Shepard’s Unconventional Welcome from Jonathan Miranda
Serg Shepard arrives at the Madrid firm expecting a stiff corporate handshake and maybe a desk tour. Instead, senior partner Jonathan Miranda turns the newcomer’s first day into a private lesson in power and proximity that leaves the handbook in shreds.
The senior executive wastes no time on pleasantries. Once the office door closes, the atmosphere shifts from professional to predatory. Jonathan Miranda reads the younger man’s nerves and decides the best way to welcome him is to strip away every boundary that separates boss from employee. What starts as a polite sit-down quickly escalates into raw mutual hunger played out against polished wood and expensive fabric.
Serg Shepard learns fast that fitting into this company means submitting to the veteran partner’s appetite. Jonathan Miranda dictates the pace with the same authority he uses in board meetings, and the newcomer discovers he likes being told exactly how to respond. Suits stay on while everything else comes off, sheer socks and pinstripes adding to the charged contrast between boardroom polish and bare skin. The encounter stays bareback and direct, with no room left for hesitation once the real orientation begins.
By the time Jonathan Miranda finishes claiming the new hire across the desk, Serg Shepard understands the firm’s culture runs deeper than any job description. The senior partner makes it clear this is how real advancement happens here, and the facial that seals the deal leaves no doubt about who runs the room.
The scene keeps the focus tight on two men in tailored suits turning a standard welcome into something far more personal and physical.
