Brogan & Alfonso Osnaya: The Doctor Recommends His Cock
Brogan and Alfonso Osnaya headline this Doctor’s Tapes scene. Alfonso Osnaya walks into the office after twisting his wrist during a soccer game, looking for a quick fix. Dr. Brogan has been waiting for exactly this visit, his mind already fixed on the twink’s little holes. The moment the door closes, the doctor drops any pretense of a routine exam and moves straight to seduction. Alfonso Osnaya is in for more than a bandage once Brogan decides it’s time to act on those long-standing urges.
The setup stays simple and direct. Alfonso Osnaya sits there with his sore wrist while Brogan eyes him like a meal finally delivered. No drawn-out small talk, just the doctor spotting his opening and taking it. Brogan knows what he wants and wastes no time steering the appointment toward the one treatment he’s been fantasizing about for weeks.
Alfonso Osnaya ends up bent over the exam table, the wrist injury suddenly secondary to what the doctor has in mind. Brogan works his cock into the patient’s ass with the same clinical confidence he uses on charts and prescriptions. The scene keeps its focus tight on that switch from medical visit to raw fucking, nothing more and nothing less.
